rental agreement Your rental period is outlined in your order. The items must be shipped back the day after your rental period ends (ex. if your rental period ends on March 1st, you must ship the item back by March 2nd). You will incur a 20% fee each day that the item is overdue. If anything happens to the item, please let us know and do not try to fix it yourself. If the damage is beyond normal wear and tear, you will be charged for the cleaning and/or repair fees. If the item is lost or the damage is beyond cleaning and/or repair, you will be charged the full price of the item. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

payments
the plan will consist of 4 payments of 25% of the listing price made every 2 weeks, the first of which is due as soon as the plan is created. customer can choose to make payments sooner if desired.
schedule
a detailed schedule will be provided to the customer as soon as the plan is created. the maximum plan duration is 8 weeks.
shipping
the item will be shipped only after the final payment has been made and the full total has been covered.
refunds
payments are non-refundable. if the customer begins a plan then later decides that they no longer want to purchase the item, they will not receive a refund for prior payments.
missed payments
if the customer misses a payment and does not contact us within 2 business days, the plan will be nullified and they will not receive a refund for prior payments.
shipping
orders will be shipped within a week of purchase
returns
all sales are final but don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns
